MSI Global Beat It to start - Teams battle for $44,000 base prize pool

Teams from around the world will gather on the first of November in Taiwan to face off in the MSI Beat It 2014 Global, the qualifiers started several months ago.

This event will feature established teams from across the world such as Virtus Pro, Navi.US and CDEC. It will also feature lesser-known teams such as, Bravada Gaming Emotion from the African qualifiers, Wired Gaming from the Middle Eastern qualifier and Insidious Idol from the SEA qualifiers. Over the two days, Capitalist and Maelk will be casting at the main event and GosuGamers will provide with content such a photos and interviews from the event.

Taking place on the 1st of November, at the ATT Show Box 7F in Taipei, Taiwan, the eight winners of the regional qualifiers will gather in ATT Show Box, Taipei for two days, duking it out at the MSI Beat It 2014 Global Championship for the $44,000 base price pool. The qualifiers started during the Summer already. Every ticket bought will increase the price pool by $2.50, directly supporting the teams.

The teams are split into two groups where they will play in a BO1 double elimination bracket with qualifying matches being BO3. The winners of the qualifying matches will advance to the single elimination playoffs bracket with the top two from the other group, the semi-finals will be BO3 and the finals BO5.
