The Russian organization HellRaisers has acquired the new Relax squad, which is lead by the returning captain Ivan 'ArtStyle' Antonov. The team will return to action today for their StarSeries battle against Virtus.Pro at 19:30 CEST.
The post-TI4 period has been fruitful for Team Relax, as they have fully renovated their roster and now they are getting signed by a major sponsor. The Russian eSports club HellRaisers, mostly known for achievements in professional CS:GO, will be entering the DotA2 scene with Relax this month.
The previous Relax roster had managed to score some positive results in the CIS scene, with the second place finish in CIS Carnage (2013) and 3rd/4th finish in TechLabs finals 2014 being their most notable feats. They also managed to earn a spot in the European Qualifiers of The International 4, but they were eliminated quite fast with a 3-6 score in the round-robin groupstage.
The champion of the first International, Ivan 'ArtStyle' Antonov will join his former DTS teammate Andrei 'Dread' Golubev in the new Relax roster, and he will try to lead the team in more victories in upcoming tournaments. The HellRaisers squad will be making their debut against Virtus.Pro on August 29th, at 19:30 CEST against Virtus.Pro, their first match in the new Star Series season. You can place your bets here!
