16 of the finest SEA teams will be competing in the $3,000 datbet Championship. 12 teams will be directly invited, while the other four will be taken from the open qualifier.
The open qualifier, as the name implies, can be participated upon by any team that is willing to play in the Singapore server. It will be a single-elimination tournament scheduled this coming 28-30 April. The registration is currently ongoing, and will be open until 18:00 SGT (14:00 CET) of 26 May.
The top four teams in the open qualifier will proceed to the main event, wherein they will be joined by 12 invited teams as they compete in a double-elimination tournament. This sixteen-team tournament will have $3,000 divided across the top three finishers - $1,500 for the champion, $1,000 for the runner-up and $500 for the second runner-up.

At the moment, there are only eleven invited teams. While Orange was originally in the list, the Malaysian team forfeited their slot because this tournament has a conflicting schedule with WPC-ACE. GosuGamers was told that Vietnamese team StarsBoba is the likely replacement.
The main event was originally scheduled on 5-16 May, but the organizer expressed that it will most likely be moved back to a later date because the DotaTV application still isn't finished.
