Jacky 'EternalEnvy' Mao will stand in for Evil Geniuses at the Starladder Finals in Kiev. Clinton 'Fear' Loomis, who has been sidelined due to an elbow injury, will be taking more time off to recover.
With the Starladder playoffs at Cyberarena in Kiev, Ukraine approaching, Evil Geniuses player Clinton 'Fear' Loomis decided to take more time off to ensure a better recovery for his injured elbow. In the meantime, Jacky 'EternalEnvy' Mao, carry player for Cloud9, will be standing in for Fear.
Evil Geniuses, the sole representative for America in the Starladder LAN playoffs, has recently been using NA standin, Mason 'Mason' Venne. However, he will not be able to go to Kiev because of conflicts with his academic schedule, hence the replacement.
The Starladder Finals playoffs will begin on April 17. Tickets can still be purchased here. This will be the second time Artour "Arteezy" Babaev teams up with EternalEnvy in a LAN series, with the other event being MLG Columbus.
