The eight slots available - 2 invited and 6 qualified- will be for all the teams in the world. This includes Chinese teams as well.
The organizers of G-League, the prestigious Chinese tournament hosted by GameFy, told us that they will be hosting international qualifiers for their upcoming season. The sign-up is set to close on the 13th of October and the qualifiers will begin on the 16th, just three days after. Teams making a deep run in the qualifiers will receive an all-expenses paid trip to China to compete in G-League 2013 on an undisclosed date.

According to GameFy, two teams will be directly invited to the offline event for the tournament while up to six teams, including the Chinese teams, will qualify through the qualifier.
Unfortunately, we have not heard back on how much the prize pool will be nor the format of the qualifiers. However, we can safely assume (based on the progression of the Chinese scene) that the prize pool will most probably be much higher than the $43,000 given out in the last season of G-League - with Dota 2 Super League, also hosted by GameFy, reaching $157,000. Besides that, the estimated date for G-League is on December, no exact date given.
GameFy's intention to start international qualifiers signify that they would host it even if it means it's a head on collision with WPC-ACE League. Considering the top Dota 2 teams have signed a contract not allowing them to participate in other local tournaments when WPC-ACE League is running, ACE will be holding many meetings with GameFy over the next few days to negotiate a peaceful solution.
