
The SteelSeries Dota 2 Euro Cup playoffs begins this weekend with a total of twelve teams fighting for $1000 in total prize pool.
After two long and intense days of action in the open bracket tournament of the SteelSeries Euro Cup - August, four teams have made it through to join the eight invited teams in the playoffs coming up this weekend. Four of the invited teams have been given a direct passage to the second round while the rest battle it out to advance further in the playoffs.
Round one of the playoff will be played on the 7th September at 16:00 CEST in a best-of-three format. The playoffs quarterfinals and semifinals will also be played on a best-of-three format at 19:00 CEST and 22:00 CEST on the same day while the grand finals will be due at 20:00 CEST on the 8th of September in a best-of- five format.
