While the Perfect World server is technically still in beta, it is now pretty much open for all to play. Every individual who downloads the client will now receive a beta key.
Valve and their Chinese distributor Perfect World introduced their Chinese server called the Perfect World server a few months back and they have slowly but surely been giving out more and more beta keys as they improve the server capacity.
On the 26th of June, Perfect World stated that players with 400 hours logged on the normal Steam servers will be entitled to a beta key and a week later, the hours logged was reduced to 300 hours.
According to a report by SGamer earlier today, the Perfect World server is ready for the huge intake of players from China and will now be open for all. Technically, the server will still be in beta but Perfect World stated that for every individual who download their server client, they will receive one free beta key.
