Perfect World server now accessible to players with 400 hours logged

400 hours on the normal Steam server are all you need to apply for a Perfect World server account. In a report by SGamer earlier today, Perfect World is intending to lower the requirement to 300 hours in the upcoming weeks.

The Perfect World server welcomed another intake of players today as they lower the time requirement for players to sign up from 800 hours to 400 hours. Chinese players are now able to send an application for a beta key to play on the Chinese cluster if they have logged more than 400 hours played on the normal Steam servers.

Players interested in signing up for the Perfect World server may do so in five simple steps on this website. For the convenience of our readers, we have translated the five steps into English.

1. Sign into your Steam account
2. Sign into your Perfect World account
3. Confirm your application
4. Wait for customer service processing
5. Play on Perfect World Server.

Though this news may not seem as big for the Western folks, the news does signify that Perfect World and Valve are working very hard to increase their server capacity for the major influx of players in China.

Initially starting out at 1,200 hours required, Perfect World reduced it to 800 hours a few months ago and now, 400 hours.  According to the report by SGamer, Perfect World is intending to lower the requirement to 300 hours in the upcoming weeks.
