Complexity take home $2,000 at ECAL: America
Sponsored by Machinima VS and organized by ECAL, the ECAL: America playoffs concluded last week with Complexity besting Evil Geniuses 3-1 in the Grand Finals to take home the championship title and $2,000 in cash.
The American powerhouse met up with POTM Bottom in the quarter finals where they managed to nudge their way out victorious 2-1 before going on to defeat VTi in the semi finals to set up a Grand Final matchup against EG. EG, on the other hand, had to play Absolute Legends and Dusa before arriving in the finals to face Complexity.
Nevertheless, the possible The International stand off saw Complexity gain the upper hand in the best of five match up, taking home the title with three wins to EG's one. Complexity bags the lion's share of the $3,000 prize pool.
