One of the many teams formed in the post-Shanghai Major roster shuffle is Avengers Dota 2. The team features Black^ and vanskor, and has already put in good performances at the WellPlay Invitational.
As the roster lock deadline draws ever closer, players that would like to compete in the coming months are scrambling to pull together teams. This results in a number of new teams forming from players that were dropped from rosters or have been free agents for some time. One such team is Avengers Dota 2.
Avengers Dota 2 roster is as follows:
Ivan 'vanskor' Skorohod
Dominik 'Black^' Reitmeier
Max 'Shak' Geibert
Riki 'Buugi' Falt
Jonas ‘jonassomfan’ Lindholm
The Avengers roster is filled with players of experience and talent. They have already shown their strength in two series in the WellPlay Invitational qualifiers, where they managed to 2-0 both COOKISS and Team Bad English.
With only a couple of days until team rosters are locked once more, it is highly likely that we will see more teams be formed out of the ashes of former line-ups. Avengers may have two wins under their belt already, but it remains to be seen whether they can hold up against tier one teams. Their line-up looks strong. In the coming months, they will show whether they can make as much of an impact on the Dota scene as the movie franchise they are named after made on filmmaking.
