Fragbite has announced they will be hosting a brand new $18,000 online tournament for Scandinavian teams.
Online events are a dime-a-dozen in CS:GO, but it is rare that that you find one that offers up more than a few thousand dollars for participants. Fragbite has put together such a event, the Yoggi Yalla cup. The tournament will be open to Scandinavian teams only, and will feature a $18,00 prize pool for the teams to battle for a piece of.
The Yoggi Yalla cup will follow an interesting format; each week until the finals, fans will get to see a separate qualifier for the event every week for a total of eight qualifiers. Only one team from each can move on, leaving a total of eight teams in the playoffs. Teams who wish to compete in the event must clear one of the pre-qualifiers for the event, more details on which can be found on Fragbite's website.
