PGTour has just moved another chip on the table, but it hasn't been determined by a dice, but by the Team Tournament event they are managing.
This event will welcome to 16 or 32 teams, which will be taken from the applications that the different PGT teams will send. But not all teams have the same chances to be taken! You have to meet some requirements to see if you are able to apply. If your team has played more than 5 Clan Wars and you have got a roster formed by 10 or more people, your team is one of these that PGTour is looking for.
On the other hand, we will leave the typical 4 1v1 and 1 2v2 game format, which is mostly used on WGTour's Clan League and on World Cup. This league will bring us bigger Clan Wars, that way you can taste how good is your team using a bigger size. Games will follow the Best-of-3 Series structure.
PGTour's also spreading around the "new" map called "The Artist". It has not only been the Map of the Week on their private server for some time, but now it is going to be the first map to be played!
This event is going to give away an extra prize to the winner, but it's not been published yet. Can you guess what it will be?
