We must together solve the issue with locked GosuBets. GosuGamers are now appealing to the gamers and the community to help out with information about rescheduled matches
.The GosuBet Christmas season, with a Razer eXactmat for the StarCraft-winner, is up and running. More active betters than ever and several interesting upsets so far,
ShejtaN (aka empolenz) beating 
Strelok in the GosuGamers Christmas Tournament #5 being one example. However, some problems have occured with matches that have been rescheduled to dates not available for the GosuGamers GosuBet Crew. Rescheduled matches can not be reopened without a new confirmed date. Doing that, we would risk that some users got hold of the results before the match was closed and changed their bets before results are entered to our system, and thus abusing the system.
Gamers: Help out by reporting reschedules!
One way to solve the issue is if a reschedule occurs, the players inform the Crew so by posting a comment in the comment section of that match (or selecting "GosuBet Crew" in the » contact us section). Please post the new date and time (and include what time zone, preferably CET) to that we can reschedule bets easier. The same applies with results; please post them as soon as you have the results since we can not trust a user submitted comment from some observer, for example, we must hear them from the players, the website or the administrators.
We will furthermore stay in contact with the administrational team of the bets which we add to receive informations on time updates and results quicker.
Despite the whine, when no time for reschedule has been given and no results are entered on the official homepage, there's not much the GosuGamers Crew can do about it.
Games not rescheduled or started but not finished
Nevertheless, even if we can keep the matches which we receive no information about reschedules to a minimum, there will still exist some.
For example, clan matches that have been started must remain locked until finished. If they are reschduled, users would be able to change bets depending on who won the most games before it was rescheduled.
Previously, the policy was keeping a match locked in a maximum of four days and cancel it after that period of time. However, four days is a very long time and it appears that some users would rather have the bet cancelled. The negative consequence in those cases is that we can not reopen it, as explained earlier.
We therefore open a poll regarding this matter as guidance on how to solve the issue.
