It has come down to the finals in the GGL playoffs and two players from the US are going to duke it out to be GGL Champion. First place pays $1500!
The StarCraft Global Gaming League play-offs have reached their final round which will be between
Froz and eVade. After a long 6 month struggle to the finals, these 2 players along with the entire GGL have finally made it. Now both players will play for 1st place - $1500, while second place will recieve $1000.On Monday February 7th vods of the matches between Froz and eVade will be posted on the GGL website » here. These vods will be shoutcasted by none other than WackSteven.
I'm sure these games are bound to be amazing seeing as this is not the first time that Froz and eVade have played each other in the playoffs. Froz previously won against eVade 2-0 in the winners bracket, but now eVade has fought back through the losers bracket to the finals to face Froz once again for the $1500 and title of GGL Champion.So who is the winner of the SC: GGL Play-off Finals? Well they played their final games tonight, but the winners will not be announced until Monday along with the vods. This means that we will all just have to wait for the results. Although they have finished their Play-offs, the GGL does have a practice going on for all their games. This is to help everyone prepare for Season 3 which is said to have a much improved system of initiating matches.
