As most of you probably know by now, 
[3wD]Christian (Beast) just beat 
PGC.Androide[3D] on two Terran versus Terran matches for third place. Androide who as the round of eight began stated "No foreigners here can beat me". I asked him for comments about the match and unfortunately there was no one available translating but his comment about Beast was "He is OK", and then looking away from me. Androide explained that he was aiming for the number one position and the match about third place was not that important to him. I asked him about the money and he said that's nothing he need - "I'm not poor". Beast, after winning this match, will get a total of $5,000 while Androide has to be happy with $1,000. I asked Beast why he won the games. The first one, on Martian Cross, they both played similar strategies (5 factories, vultures/tanks) though Beast belives that he won because he had better macro and map control. He had more expansions which could increase his production, meaning the won the battles easier and therefore also the game.
Beast explains that Androide made several mistakes in the Gorky Island game. Androide did not secure his expansions and Beast could easily take the map. However, Beast confesses that Androide played really well with his wraiths. "I did not care I was losing all those dropships all the time, I knew I was going to win since I had more expansions".
Beast also confesses that he was very lucky. Nevertheless, he still believes he is one of the top ten non-koreans at the moment - "Though I could have been playing less embarassing versus Xellos. He punished me so bad for every mistake I made..."
