Game Version: Warcraft 3 : The Frozen Throne v.1.23 Game Mode: -cmThe three Finals (Lb,WB,Overall) will be played bo3 All games should be played using GG-Client (Guide). As some games will be streamed it is mandatory to join the GG-Client GosuGamers DotA Tournament Room (which is located under Leagues in the War3 TFT RPG -> Europe) to make things easier for the persons who will stream the game to contact you. Contact: Admins can be contacted via email or at IRC. Every Team Captain has to join IRC #GosuCup.DotA to be able to contact each other. Also PMs over GosuGamers.net is valid to scghedule games. Team Captains have to find themselves in at #GosuCup.DotA channel 20 minutes before the game starts. You are all kindly requested to use the SAME clan tag and nickname as you signed up with. Walkover: A walkover will be given if one team fails to schedule the game in the given time frame. A game can be postponed to be played after the given time frame if both teams and an admin agrees on the matter. Including print screen proof that the other team does not respond is necessary for a successful report. Only admins can give walkovers. Admins for this tournament are:  KiddoQ ereskigalUse PM @ GosuGamers, or (better) irc-channel #GosuCup.DotA Reporting: The winning team has to report the win, with sending in the replay AND a screenshot of end game score board, or the forfeit. Send it to der-hartmann@web.de USe the Topic "Game : Team 1 versus Team 2 - Winner: Team x It is both teams responsibility to save a replay in case of any dispute. End of the Game: The Team that has completely destroyed the opponent's throne; or if the opponent Team Captain surrenders (Only a forfeit of the Team Captian is valid). There is no hero limitation. The only items being limited are Guinsoo's by two and Khadgar's Pipe of Insight by one per team. Third Party Programs and Abuse: Bug abuse is strictly forbidden and will lead to disqualification of the team. Third Party programs are forbidden except hotkey tools and Garena. Creeps may be blocked by hero and unitmodels but not by spells. Backdooring: - The first two towers are allowed to be attacked at every time, the backdoor rule do not apply. - You have to enter the base with creeps but they don't have to be in the same line as you. As soon as creeps enter the base, the complete base is allowed to be destroyed. - As long as there were creeps in base when you entered, you are allowed to keep attacking even if they die. If you leave the base at this moment you need to have new creeps in the next attack. - If the base towers are denyable (below 10% HP) backdooring rules do not apply. Disconnection/Save Games: The game cannot be remade after First Blood is drawn or the first 10 minutes passed. In case of a remake, players have to pick the same heroes with the same items attached, and have to start on the same lanes. The game should be saved frequently, means every 10 minutes, or if anything special has happened (Big clashes, Roshan-kill, Barracks-kill). Leaving on purpose to force remakes, will result in a disqualification. Sharing: Item sharing is allowed, as long as the game permits it. Nevertheless boosting, sharing items to build recipes, is not allowed. Sharing control is allowed. Leavers may be played with fully attached items, or items can be shared/sold but then it is forbidden to control the hero anymore. Sportsmanship : Teams are to be professional at all times, flaming/ racism/ disrespect to match admins will not be tolerated, it may also result in having the participating team to be disqualified from the rest of the event. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
