it doesnt conflict with skills hotkeys ?

for example if i play rubick and i set my numkey1 to Q and if i try use rubicks ulti does it use item at once too ?

Get a gaming keyboard. They have excessive keys just for customization so there wont be conflicts.

If you want change hotkey skill, can use Dota ToolKit 3.3c or War3HK Tool 5.0.5 - Hot Key DotA
