tiny lvl 1 base damage is kinda insane... or just practice any hero you wanna farm and aim for 50/50 cs in 10mins..

EDIT: without an item and skill of course just last hitting :)

i have to say any melee hero with quilling blade should be the best decition in this case , since in most pub/noob/low skill games all players will focus on the creeps mainly you dont have to worry about the harassing, however is important that you play thinking as if you were facing high skilled players, so only going into the creeps for last hitting. and all those who say sf is the best option, imo sf has really low starting base dmg, and should be hard for any one taking the first 4 or 5 creeps before your enemy has taken 200 gold + some value exp.

SF... but not using razes for farming... just attack
It's slower than using razes, but it keeps you from going to the other side of the river (where the enemy team could easily gank you)
