if you don't use the correct version you can't open the replay...and if you can open the replay he doesn't work....the problem is with the map folder...and i dont know why we can't get the correct solution...there are many people who can watch replay and dont give a suggestion
If you tried all of the suggested and are sure the version is correct, I do not know what else to suggest.
Maybe you could link too the replay you're trying to watch (if it is here on gosugamers) so you can get more specific help?
Try to get replays from different versions (1.25, 1.24e, 1.24) and see if you have issues with replays from all these versions, or just specific ones, that might help you towards a solution as well.

Ok, so now I encountered a similar issue. I can succesfully watch all the ECL games with 1.24e.
However, I wanted to watch the Dream cup replays (uploaded yesterday 2011-12-22) and I can watch IG vs Panda (both games) but I can not watch IG vs Panju.MM (the other 2 games) all these replays say version 1.24e was used.
For the IG vs Panju replays, as soon as I go through loading bar the mode will be put to normal after 30 seconds and I can not see the hero's.
This suggests a version missmatch (can open replay, but can't see anything) I was advised to try it with version 1.24b, this worked for other people (see game comments).
So, in short. If you have this issue, try all the other versions for that patch. (In my case 1.24e didnt work ---> Try a/b/c/d)
