This question too situational. Your answer is: they all can own a team.

It's dependent on how well you've farmed, how well your team helped you stay alive, how well the enemy carry is doing etc.

Both am and pl need special strategy (mostly babysitting) to farm their items properly, especially pl, while dusa has ez lane control and once laning phase ends she is hard as hell to gank with ms on. Basicly she is capable of uninterupted farm whole game. And in the end she can solo 4 heroes with split shot lol
Just put her in front and invite initiatiation by opponents. She tanks that and its GG :)

Mr.Greedy-
If we only talk about which hero who is best at owning a whole team, I'd say Faceless Void or Magnus with one-two battlefuries. If you manage to bait the enemies together they can kill the whole team easiest of all heroes.
