#1 "How about those players playing pub which could play and understand the game far above than those other professional players."

If you only have played public games you won't understand the game better than the top-players. No way. You can't learn dynamic skills such as team-battling, dual-laning/triple-laning/roaming, pressure, balance between ganking and escaping, leading the team etc. To do that you will need a lot of experience from top-games, which is impossible to achieve from public-games.

That's why you never see a random player popping up in a top-team from nowhere. Players do climb their way to the top. A pub-stomper would never make it in a top-match.

"Or in other way, are professional players have the right to claim a tag "Pro" even they don't have the skill and talent in the game (never get a single win)?"

I suppose you mean pros = top-teams

You are given the title "top-player" if your team perform well enough to face the other top-teams and give them a good match. Your team should almost always beat unknown teams if your called a top-team. So I don't understand your claim "never get a single win" as they always beat randoms. Even if they fail to do so versus other top-teams, they can still call themselfs a bad top-team or such.

He's a great pub-stomper yes. Do you have any source that he moved directly from public til CH? Cause I don't think that's true.

Wow how fucking stupid can you be, pro is NOTHING else than this;

Pro is when you are able to make money through playing; professional by the word.

1. A professional, especially in sports.

imo professional refers to gamers with contracts and sponsors... u can call pub gamers with great skills and talents pro(an expert in a field of endeavor).... If u think ur qualified, just join competitions and prove urself out there until sum1 notice u. xD

sorry for my bad english.... or maybe wrong perception..... :D

#26 Then #23 can't call him a "China pub-player" as he actually played in a pretty good team before he went to CH

#28 Has it. I would say top/elite is an easier term to refer the top-players with, as they don't necessarily have to make money to be on the top.

Im so fucking sick of people saying you have to make money to be called a pro.. you can say someone is pro like in he is professional, like in hes doing it like its his profession..
exampel, if i tell my dad; "wow that chair you just randomly built is very professionally made", mark my words, I do NOT mean that he got paid for building it..

lol topic, especially when someone says that in pubs the are people that are better in the understanding of dota than the 'pro'.

did u know what u are talking about? I watch replay from the 'pro'. listen to this: u cant get any better by playing against noobs / pubbies. That statement is just retarded. Even that some of us value themself in high esteem, there is little chance that they are any better than the real dota 'pro'.
