has anyone ever used or seen this?

in theory it sounds like it would be quite powerful.

Well, it's not that powerful since ursa already has an insane atkspeed buff and can do it two times in a row. Any disable + ursa would be better.

I think Ursa's OP is at Maximum AS already so the buff from Alacrity would be less effective or none at all. What Brewsto said is more effective.

Ursa + Dagon is more powerful. Because opponent will use Ghost Scepter to counter your Ursa. Burst and kill him instantly at this moment.

Assuming you are playing on a team and not a pub, dagger/lothars and that's it (except for the mandatory treads/vlad). If you get tons of money use it for either disables, dagon, or pure +damage (or wards). Any of those is win. I've even seen a successful Diffusal Ursa, but I think any item that goes for Agi over pure damage/disable is a waste, since you already have max IAS.

i find that armlet is quite nice with ursa tho. more as when overpower is on cooldown and more health for the ultimate + u gain health back superfast with vlads

#9 At least if there isnt a Bane Elemental or a Beast Master on the other team... Because Fiend's Grip still disables you when BKB is activated or while its activated and so does Primal Roar.

It would work great actually considering the buff in v6.73 with Ursa's stomp CD and the fact that Janggo well help in the chase with that ice wall

#4 basher is better than diffusal, imo. but purge is useful against ghost scepter.

invoker have other skills that works well with ursa: cold snap, tornado, ice wall.. if you want to maximize the power of alacrity, then the invoker must go wex exort build.. which is not a very effective way to play invoker. but maybe this can work if ursa maximize his slow first, not sure myself, never tried it before.
