Ive seen alot of top 5 / 10 pro players threads so i got curious about to hear your top 5 WORST pro / semi pro players. Ill give you my list and yes ive played multiple games with all of the players on my list so to some extent its valid. Atleast in my opinion.
This is not a flame thread, this is just a ranking based on my experience in dota pride games and from replays ive watched.
10. Playmate-_-: This may come as a shock to most people but i feel that he deserves a spot on this list because of two things; His style of playing and his repulsive attitude towards the game. To playmate dota is about farming for 50 min then winning a game, now that gordan took over the carry part ive seen playmate in other roles as ganker / semi carry and he just flat out fails hard. His manners, i dont even wanna discuss. Yes hes lethal when he gets his BoT, radi, HoT but without his precious items hes imo below average
9. Bane: Ive never played in a game where he has done well. Not only does he fail, he fails hard. He Prove me wrong? Supply a replay of him even playing half decent... you cant? "But he plays support, supporters arent the ones who get all the kills bla bla bla"... No but he feeds almost every game and doesnt to that good of a job warding if you ask me. ok lets move on.
8. Drayich aka Big Papa: Im sorry big fella i got nothing but love for you. You were once a legend you should just have let the memory of you as a great player remain untouched instead of coming back and living of your reputation. The new generation of players are taking over and im afraid that you wont reach your potential again. Sad, but true.
7. XeqtR: Same as playmate, but hes even worse at what he knows best. Cant play any other role then obtaining items throughout the entire game, which is why he gets the nr 7 spot on this ranking.
6 Baja: Same as BaNe. And dont give me the whole "Hes the captain he has to focus somewhat more on the team then his role as a player" that might be true regarding counter strike or other fast paced FPS games where comunication is critical but in dota, the teamplay isnt that relied on the captain, morewhat on eachother and the communication between every player.
5. Sacraloth: Showed great promise but his arrogance and maybe hes age? aswell ruined his potential. Not beeing able to keep a clan for more then a week is his trademark and playing average every tenth game instead of sucking balls like he does in the rest gives him a low ranking on my list.
4. DeMent: Weakest carry player in the semi pro comunity, lacks the "feel" for the game to be honest, nothing much to add here except for that i know he reads these forums alot so i do expect a reply from him; dont bother, i wont respond - and a tip if i might add, spend time playing dota instead of forums and you might improve your game :P
3. lia^lia aka AEON.VeiN; if this was a manner list i would given him the top spot but alas, its based on dota skill level, i cant rank him the lowest, he does play some good games, but he gives up to easily spamming ff in allchat everytime things dont go his way. Without doubt has the most /timeplayed in dota last year and still not improving, almost decresing in skill is maybe a hint to take time of dota? Get some sleep, or atleast some rest..
2. Desrow- : Infamous for his big mouth, desrow is the second worst semi pro player ive had the pleasure of playing with? Hes fun to play with and his remarks on other players is the only reason why i didnt give him the #1 spot. I would say hes the worst Dota Pride player not having as i mentinoed before "feel" for the game. He should do other things with his time since hes already hated by the entire NA community and not getting better at the game altough playing alot.
1. EG.swiss Desrowskill, no mapawareness, no macro, no micro, no lasthitting abilites, no precision basicly sums it all up. Hes either High 24/7 7 days a week 365 days a year or hes just that bad.
Didnt take the Asian scene into consideration as i have little knowlegde about them and dont really care for the "asian" style dota if you will. Sorry for the wall of text. The reason why i wrote this is that i tend to over analyse my opponents every time i play with them and take mental notes. Im weird like that =P
