Phase/Treads are crazy. Phase armor removed, now gives +attack speed and damage. Treads no longer gives attack speed, instead +10 str/+13 agi/+16 int or something like that.

Pipe still there. Now can only effect hero once every 50 seconds.

All the piece of shit heroes have gotten crazy nerfs. Except....well...Morphling who is still ridiculous and just got a mini stats nerph (no more stats on Morph)

Oh, and new loadscreen is sweeet.

(btw, Chaos Knight is still garbage :(

rhasta got nerfed hard. ppl didn't use him before they buffed his ult, so i'm curious if he'll still be used.

power tread nerf makes it pretty useless now imo...

powertreads now sux,since i got PT only for get some IAS..

bone clinkz cool! lvl 1 strafe grant you +90as for 4sec..

wrath of nature +aghanim now rocks.. global range casting go spam every 1minute..

sniper shrapnel casting range +300.. i think it's too much. his shrapnel casting range before this version was quite far. now it's farther

does QoP shadow strike cooldown 11 second means we could permaslow enemy?

nice tarras and khadgar nerf,but i think force staff and dagger nerf were too much!

and we won't see many eul this version.. not a good nerf for eul.

just my opinion =)

don't be silly. now you're gonna see heroes like tiny, shaker, na, lina, [insert any caster that has sick early game nukes which were balanced by being too expensive for his starting mana pool] just get treads, bottle and magic dick, then go on beyond godlike streak while spamming skills to farm and never going back to the fountain. ever. seiously. 16 int + 3 from magic dick and that's more than 3 nulls... and you only loose 2 item slots, so you can get scepter parts in the empty slots for even more mana.

on the other hand, tank-carries like axe, necro and dirge got owned hard with the hot nerf as well as no more armor on phase. i like this a whole lot. playing vs an axe with hot+hood who just regenerates everything while slowly killing you with helix was insanely frustrating. and nobody wants to play/watch fights that last for 10 min straight. vanguard is actually useful now since hot sux, i guess linken's is to an extent too.

furion got a ton of buffs recently, i like this. now he can use wraith from the fountain before tp-ing to jungle. also, you can ks a lot with it, rofl.

new phase will make jugger a monster, along with those str carries with mjollnir i mentioned. it's a good change, armor on phase was a very cheap way of getting it and dps heroes suck enough without having to focus every int hero for 45 second straight just because 20 armor from shiva + phase counters 3 tier 4 dps items the carry has.

qop got great buffs, she's now probably the best int hero in the late game. once she gets scepter, lvl 16 and some mana regen, she is stronger than she was before the nerfs: longer blink range, lowerd cd-s on her nukes, higher ulti dmg (for the money spent, she needed 6000 for scepter and it had the same bonus dmg).
