Absolutely, but when you are a developer and the browser don't follow the standards and so on it will be more complicated. As a normal user its great with the different browsers to pick between.

google is doing well. even if they control 60% of the market in search business it does not mean they are evil. Google actually did a lot of good things to your life that you even do not recognize, without them you would be still searching in pathetic yahoo or msn and using crapy webmail.
they are giving something new to us and they make it opensourced, not like MS and other friendly companies. so before you put your words of hatred, study, learn and THINK first.
..and chrome goals are extremely interesting for me. war of the browsers just started again!

1. yes to multiprocess browsers
2. yes to isolation
3. yes to javascript virtualmachine

tho, I won't ever use a google product.. all they do is gathering more and more information about us. They have profiles about all of us.. that's why I wouldn't ever use a programm of them (maybe google earth, but nothing like google desktop or google mail, or whatnot).

#10 it's not just google who does this,almost every site does that and creates a virtual profile of us,when u buy something or make an account,but i don`t really see the problem in this,it's not like they have a cam in u`r bedroom ^^

I love it so far and think it is a GREAT idea. More accurately a compilation of many great ideas.

I'll stick with FF untill Mouse Gesture, music control, simple mini download manger etc. add-ons are implemented.

I'll always use FireFox. I have no reason to change to this new browser really. Just a waste of disk space ^^

Besides Google already owns every other single facet of the internet, I think I'll keep my loyalty with Mozilla as far as browsers go.
