ive been doing vanguard treads bfly...lightning/shield/shield/lightning/shield/purge ect

u skill light/stats/light/stats/light/purge/light.... 12-15 shield
or stats/shield/shield/stats/shield/purge/shield and lightning not at all

start of with some wraith and treads (i prefer treads nowadays..)and then
there are sooooo many good items for dusa... She can go int items like guinsoo or orchid, dammage like mjollnir,mkb,radiane.

ah forgot about skadi and linkens^^

i would say that Vanguard on medusa is totally USELESS! You dont really need HP if you do? Go power treads str.

MY itembuild would be:

(if good farm in beginning)
Midas
BoT (If bad farm Power treads)
Skadi/Guinsoo
guinsoo/skadi
Mjollnir/Satanic
Butterfly.

You can do all with those items. Disable, Tank, DPS.

My skillbuild is different.

If you are carryhero and need alot of farm and kills early i would go Lightning and stats but if i'm not the carry i think i would maybe go shield instead of Lightning.

if u want to be late hero... chain,stat,chain,stat,chain,ult,chain
when u have enough gold,buy radiance,then butterfly and when u have sacred,start take multi shot,for farming...her farming speed is as good as luna...then buy item u want,depends on the situation and start take mshield..
