Deso/Radiance are both totally failure items on Puck...

Go 2 bracers, preserv, boots, bottle etc early game, farm as much as possible

getting phase shift early is totally situational...if you're laned vs. a targeted stun or something, get it early; if not, get a level when you feel it necessary (later in game typically)...point booster is great, as is bottle

Go for either Guinsoo or Shivas after core items, Dagon is not nearly as useful as a puck with disable...Puck's abilities aren't exactly hardcore damaging like Lina or other nukers, you are a support hero that runs around and pops a combo and hope you don't die, not some great wannabe DPS hero like SF :/

lol @ Blink Dagger on Puck...that's a total waste of gold that could be much better spent on Guinsoo/Shivas

Refresher ob? ..........take a Guinsoo on Puck over Refresher any day :/

You rock early-mid game ganks and initiate team battles later with your silence and combo...pop everything, disable the important heroes, use phase shift and hope you live, really

By the time you've got BoT, Shivas, and Guinsoo, the game will be very late, providing it wasn't some 25 minute pub stomp. at this point you honestly aren't nearly as important as the rest of your team

hahhahah when i read this forum,i'm reallllllly shocked with dagger,desolator or radiance for this hero..hahahaha
dagger-->maybe when u phase shift lv4,3second then blink,can try it.
desolator??? what kind of puck??what about his hp?mana?failure item for puck
radiance????also crazy,when u have 3800 it's better buy ulti orb and perseverence...play as team please,not for u only..u can give the desolator for other hero that can gives alot of strike,not on puck! and radiance also!!
what the hell about this hero!why people think so much weird item for him?!?!?

we are talking about pub games right? i usualy get nulls for him not bracers, and so does vigoss...

puck is the real lockdown style hero so in pubs you won't need much hp in early game

i usualy get
1 - null
2 - null
3 - boots
4 - perseverance/bottle
5 - dagon 5
6 - guinsoo/hot/travel
7 - guinsoo/hot/travel (sell null)
8 - guinsoo/hot/travel (sell null)
9 - sell bottle and get eul or upgrade perseverance to linkens or some think...

i dont get radiance for him, its too expensive but its not realy bad.
dagger is nice i guess...i never tried

dagon is great for him you guys should try, remember that in level 5 its like 800 dmg every 24 secs for 165 mana, it works even on late game

I'd switch out the Nulls for Bracers without a thought tbh, he's so weak that he needs hp :/

boots/bottle are vital ofc

Guinsoo before Dagon is a better build IMO, Puck isn't made for huge amounts of caster DPS like Lina, he's there to run in and pop a combo, not deal out massive amounts of damage...Guinsoo solves all mana problems at that point, gives you a much better role to support your team, etc.

Puck's silence is amazing, and a sheepstick simply complements that much better than a Dagon

2 bracers, bottle, boots, Preserv, guinsoo, and you're set, add a dagon 5 or something to make yourself more useful late game. After that....hell, a Euls I suppose, maybe Linkens depending on the MU...
