I love viper, because if you're playing him perfect, your opponent will have a hard time last hitting since you'll put pressure on him each time he moves forward.
This is based on my experience with viper @ single mid - i've never played any real 1v1 games.

if enemy use bkb then keep a distance(dagger) until bkb ends then finish him off ^^
