TA has always been an option. Nothing new. Remember the -armor strats like 20 version before. Like all heroes, her popularity follows the cycles of the change log.

@9 TA's been always an option yes. but banned almost every game?? No sir, she has never been auto banned nor auto pick in your continent. I remember Mushi in his CT days playing TA at best, then your Kuroky copying back in his MYM days.

#12 u just have to see this http://www.gosugamers.net/dota/replays/54190 to know why minesky ban those heroes on first ban phase! remember that u never should ban the basic good heroes, u have to know with wich team are u playing against! and sorry for my english if i have soe mistakes :P
weaver is already famous in PH gaming. But I must admit Syllabear and Panda are not that popularized yet..
If Chinese style is famous for Panda and Syllabear for instance, then Filipino style is known for QoP , DK and Tiny .. :D
