| dont be fooled by euros pub bashing total newbies! when i start playing clan war i realise euros so noob! i am easily 3-4x better than loda/misery and zsmj 300-400x better than loda/misery in china we play real games, thats why hard to do tricks.. enemy smart + skillful in euro pretty much brainless people with slow reflexes playing the game due to eating too much mcdonalds! |

EHOME much stronger than Cant. 1 btw did you find EHOME beatable by EU team before? no, not to mension this EHOME which is times stronger than before 2 And I bet you already found 90% LGD/FTD games are winnings. That's not because "a particular version" or sth if i recall, mid year 2009, and zsmj and dai was just turned to dota at that time, they were newbie pubbers at that time. that's not FTD or LGD, not this EHOME at all, from 2008 EHOME won SMM08 without a single lose (just like EH raping ESWC now), Chinese dota is top level, version excuses doesnt apply there. |

| #204 cD, CH, 7L and many more got raped by vigoss aswell. they are rank 2 in SMM. The earliest games I link to is only 1 year ago remember that in europe we have had much stronger teams than PS. I think PS was not even top5 in division 1 pick-league. Take a look through the replays, most of the players are the same, just different teams :) Think what you want if you think Chinese teams are unbeatable you are sure wrong, before ESWC everyone said ASIA so much > eu and 1 year ago everyone said eu so much > asia. It is all about the version and how much the team put into it - also you can get a lucky draft. Do you think Ehome stand a chance against old Virtus Pro? Against old KS.int? And old Nirvana.Int ? These teams _raped_ all other european teams even more than EHOME could even dream of. What all these had in common is that after a while, MYM|Maelk found ways to beat these teams. Im confident in the fact that if MYM had the chance to practice with Lgd.sgty, ehome and other chinese topteams for a month or two, you would not see anymore "rape" fests. It would be equal. Ehome plays flawlessly and almost near perfect and it works very well against the european playstyle. We are just now starting to get used to this playstyle. Remember how MYM did against lowlevel malaysian teams and look how europe do now. I really think that those flaming eu for being pub players and newbs, should reconsider the rankings of Maelk and hyhy in ESWC. Respect to EHOME so far, but unbeatable gods. No :) |

| 208# you should really know that CD wasn't formed when PS came to China. They formed after PS came as a newbie, and still when some game from PS. CH was pub team at that time. Longdd in 7L (Cant), and 7L wins a bit more than PS, you can say 7L is on upper hand. Old Ksint lose 60% game against MYM in my own observation, ask ppy,kky,light,ns themself which one is stronger, ks.int or this EHOME... some of them like kky already said who is stronger. these team didn't even won a international event... they are less strong than the EU teams that attended this ESWC. you name it, all top ones came. Edit: PS was top 2 RU team at that time, on LAN or online. Hence no need to say their LAN power. |

| agree with MYM through, i am big fan of them MYM is always top teams, and still top team now, only after several Chinese team+DTS (+maybe 2 other Asian team). maelk always work things out, if they practice with Chinese team, they will improve to their level (just strategy wise, i am not saying they will own lgd, because they are a bit lazy in playstyle imho, lgd players always play freaking crasy intense games if you watch one of their rep you would agree) |

Doesn't really matter if 7L won more than PS or not? PS still won and PS was not even a top european team at that time. | #208 you were right, PS had won them for few times,but did they won PS as well? at least they were in the same lvl. and since last year, chinese team had evolved so much, dont you see it? or your clock still stay in last year? come on, its not just the version, its skills development. dont try to deny it yet, w8 and look in future. BTW, last year there were massive player switch between those teams. and the X you have seen today ,was just a newbie, he replaced the old ehome team member. I think his ID is Dai. but, he had improved far more then you could imagine in a year. now he has become one of top gankers in china , top 1 storm spirit in the whole world. and even vegoss come back, he will show him no fears and even better gank skills with better understanding of the hero. well, that was too much for me . anyway, trying to enjoy the show. hopefully all you guys have fun~ |

| #219 I agree with you, Chinese team has increased insanely much in skill the last year. But I feel the same happening in europe after SMM. It completely went up and down on everything. A so-called wake up call that said: dota is not 48b anymore :) I don't see a non-chinese team winning SMM, but I must admit that I didn't see any european team in top 3 of ESWC aswell. I think dota will develop alot and the chinese teams are showing us the way atm <3 |
| #215 You are quoting the wrong things... Old Ks.int .. Old Vp .. they don't matter... It was Vigoss who was the star.. who changed the games and leveled the ground for them in those matches. In doing so he got respect from all over the world including many of the chinese pro's. The hard real truth is without Vigoss and Jolie to lead , DTS cannot and will not stand a chance against EHOME. EHOME, Lgd.Sgty and the new Nirvana.CN are on a league altogether and if they all come to this tourney we already know what will happen. To the other trolls who inhabit ggnet, Stop saying shit like China's replays are boring. If it is so every top level soccer game should be boring for you. In that case what needs to happen is you need to grow some ballz and improve your IQ because obviously it's terrible. And lastly stop with the Asia <>Europe shit. | #239 now that you call me a retard dumbass, I have to answer. If you cannot compare from the past, how can we then compare? Lets compare present results with the future ? People here are talking about european dota being newbish and asian and lowskilled chinese teams can beat them without problems. But the fact is that they don't stand a chance. Even a highskilled team like AEON got whiped out of the tournament as soon as they meet some serious contenders. Ofcourse EHOME did much better than anyone else in this tournament, starting from outpicking, outlaning and then outplaying. Almost flawless play and very good coordination. People are getting more serious about the game in europe if you ask me. But we are still having some issues like: showplayers, too many inhouse leagues and "LOL lame picks TT". Winning with "boring" picks or strats like Ehome or in SMM is not accepted here and that is probably the main reason why we haven't developed this kind of "safe" playstyle. It is not rare to see comments like: "lol you pick PL in a scrim/fw". It's pretty much a mentality that keep the community from getting deeper into what dota really is. Alot of people really don't think EH is so good and blame their victories on "lame and boring" picks and gamedestroying playstyle. They get respect for winning, but they don't win the crowd. Troll might be stronger than Potm, but potm is more fun to play and watch :) |
| i always wondered why they dont ban the support heroes instead of the carries? i mean i know the carries are overpowered but theres so many to choose from why dnt they ban lion and cm and venge instead (ehome seems to pick those a lot)? see china's bans are all mainly support heroes.. |
| it's not about euro or asia. The reason behind EHOME superiority is because they had better competitive field in China. Watch the games between LGD or Nv.cn and EHOME, you will understand how good these team are. Diamond cuts diamond you know. #244 people do that in soccer too. you must see Netherlands games in WC 2010, yeah they got to the final, but where is total football? they will probably say who needs total football if we can't win the tournament. the same thing goes here. But you say that European don't do that? Wasn't it Maelk who first introduce the infamous turtling strategy? I don't know which one will you like more : a 60++ min turtling game or 40+min safe game. you cannot compare Vigoss and EHOME. EHOME has solid teamwork with high individual skills (FYI 820 and 357 used to play carry before). You must see how Germany beat Argentina's Lionel Messi in WC 2010. you'll need 5 Vigoss to beat EHOME. EHOME has beaten all their opponent in this tournament. They deserve the champion tittle, not more not less. |
