DaZeD back in iBUYPOWER

Sam "DaZeD" Marine has returned to the iBUYPOWER lineup, replacing Derek "desi" Branchen.

Earlier this week we reported that Sam "DaZeD" Marine had left Torqued, without any real explaination for his departure. Now, it appears that the reason for his exit from the newly formed team was because North American eSports organization iBUYPOWER had asked for him to rejoin the team.

The news comes following disappointing results at recent events with the former iBUYPOWER lineup, including DreamHack Winter 2014 where they were eliminated in the group stages and ESEA Season 17 LAN, where the North American giants were knocked out in the semi-finals. This is compared to the last ESEA LAN, where they managed to take home the first place title.

Tyler "Skadoodle" Latham had the following to say about the situation:

With all personal issues aside, we plan to take this team to the very top and to represent NA with flying colors. As for desi being removed, it was not due to performance issues. desi is a well-rounded player and deserves a fair chance with a top team. We wish him luck.”

Team iBUYPOWER will now have the following roster:

Sam "DaZeD" Marine
