| #49 its not cos they wanted to play it safe, its because they wanted to play it safe... every fucking game between 2 asians teams consists of 1-3 carrys per team ricing all game long and the team who gets their carry riced better gets the win in the end of the game... i;d rather watch some european dota, even if the teams r less skilled but at least they rather kill heroes than creeps... |

| #45 actually it's the euros saying number matters... how do you define best? one who fails to pass eliminations is best? it doesn't matter if it is a BO1 coz teams knew that in the first place so they should understand that they should win no matter what. PERSONALLY i think whoever wins a competition is already considered the BEST coz that's why competitions are made in the first place. and lastly... for crying out loud if you think this argument is stupid and a waste of your so called precious time then why the hell do you even bother?! | let them talk crap coz their bragging of euro > asia is gone... proven once at ESWC and then proven again at SMM... and all euros proved so far is just that they're all whiners playing child-level dota killing immaturely all game, acting like wild cowboys like they were used to be, not thinking of the outcome... typical western style. didn't even notice that it is much harder to farm and avoid gangs and win the game than roaming, waiting, ganking. why? when you gank/gang and you fail you could always try it again in another lane or sometime later, but if your carry couldn't farm and haven't avoided gangs and unnecessary fights, that would certainly lose the game. oh and another fact, in a professional level of dota, for a carry to be left behind for at least 1 minute of unnecessary fight could farm at least 900+ gold including a tower; while you could only gain that in clashing if at least you could achieve triple kill and with that there's a gamble where your carry could lose his gold if he dies. so a failure in clash with at least 4v5 situation is a 35-65 percent of loosing the war even if you win the battle depending on who is left behind. so watch your exciting replays and gain 0 exp |

| Okay, so far the comments in this replays and others have been bringing that SMM proved nothing, but for those of you who stated that only 2 european teams came so the odds for them were horrible: why do you intentionaly leave out ESWC? If you want to make a sound argument, I suggest you taking both events. Moreover, SMM certainly proved that the teams which make it to the final will gain some points in gosurank. We have a tendancy to make a comparision, and also we should understand that we can't be perfect in reasoning. Therefore, as a person, I make a commitment to say that I have practical evidence to say that up to this point in time, Asian teams are more effective than European teams. Now I challenge anyone out there to bring up practical evidence to proving the other way around. Note: Don't deliberately change the subject by attacking the boring aspect of replays instead of focusing on the effectiveness of playstyle. |
| it was all about the money, they play boring because boring wins game, 7/7 in 30 minutes means the teams played safely, boring to watch, but perfection if you want to win a game. You can see it in POkerIdol vs EHOME, pokeridol just pwned in the beginning, but ehome just kept farming and playing safely and who won?... |

| ESWC again. Just for the record, there were 4 european teams, 3 asian, 3 North American, and 1 from South America. Though what on earth this has to do with anything at all, I'll never know. Of course, like everything else I've seen in the comments so far, this proves exactly one thing: People can extract any conclusion they want from anything as long as it suits. So will the next poster to answer me, I have no doubt. In fact, maybe the Brazilians should come and say that since we beat all the Asian teams in our group (Zenith) we can safely conclude South America > Asia. |

And please asian/euro fanboys, stop the "unstoppabble" war between Asia and Europe. I don't care if Asia > Euro or Euro < Asia or America > Euro, whatever, what's the big deal ? Come on it's just a game, u guys keep flaming others for what? Personally, I still like sexy ganking style of Ks,Ct and MYM but too bad, dota is not about killing, at least in this version 6.64. | Ye it was boring, but not more farming then the games before at this tourney. This time they where more focused on getting tower kills asap, while protecting there own. I think if cD didnt make crucial misstakes at 3 or more times in the game, they might have had a chance to win. Example a TH getting swapped by Netherswap lvl 1 OUT of his base is extremely funny dont you think ? Result 4 rax down. Tinker should get shivas to stop the push faster. Slardar made some errors using his stun - cant be that hard even if maleficed if you run 70 ms faster then your opponent. |

| Never thought that reading comments is more fun then watching the actual replay. #80 is just epic with his "IM KID, NO UR KID" bashing :DDDD And for the future flaming thowards me, noone really gives a shit whos best and whos not. However if you still want to let me know how you feel, feel free to do it, but take into mind that i probably wont remember to check this again anyways:). |
