With Season 3 over and the standings almost finalized, the pairings for the WCS grand finals at Blizzcon have been set.

The regular WCS season is over. There are no more WCS points to be handed out before now and the grand finals on November 8-9. This means that for the better part the WCS standings are finalized and the pairings for the 16-man bracket are ready.

Five of all quarter final matches have their participants locked on. The top half of the bracket sees the mirror matches between Bomber (#8) and MMA (#9) and HerO (#5) and sOs (#12). Further down is a PvT with Dear (#6) and Taeja (#11), the young-vs-news face-off between Maru (#7) and MC (#10) as well as the clash of champions Innovation (#2) versus duckdeok (#15).

Three quarter finals await the results of the tie-breakers which are to be played at Blizzcon right before the main event. Number one in the rankings Soulkey will play either EG's Revival or Alliance's Naniwa who are tied at 3200 on the very bottom of the table, provided that Revival survives his Challenger group. The other two pairings will be decided after aLive plays his Challenger group. If he wins, he edges out MVP in the race for #13. The winner of thsi tie-breaker will play Polt (#4), while the loser will face Jaedong (#3).
