Danish Protoss Jon "BabyKnight" Andersen and Ukrainian-based organization have parted ways effective today. Andersen will announce his new team tomorrow, September 1st.

BabyKnight donned the yellow of Na`Vi on April 9th as his previous team - FXO Europe, which he joined July 15th this year - was purchased by Natus Vincere. Representing the Na`Vi brand, BabyKnight was able to secure a top eight finish at 2013 WCS Europe Season 1, which he added to his 5-6th place at 2012 WCS Europe finals and his top 16 placement at WCS World Championship of the same year.

In the official statement by Na`Vi, head of FXOpen eSports Europe Vladimir “zOo” Akhlebinin says the reason for Anderson's release is that "the overall result wasn't as good as [Na`Vi] expected". BabyKnight himself left the following quote as he departed from the team:

"It's been a pleasure to be a part of Na`Vi.FXOpen, but all things come to an end and it's time for me to move on. There were some communication issues and some other problems, not everything was perfect. It doesn't matter who's fault it is, what matters is that the problems were there, and I think it's in the interest of both sides to move on."

?According to his own twitter, Andersen will announce his new team tomorrow.
