Gambit Gaming dominantly 2-0's Ninjas in Pajamas to advance to the semi-finals to play Lemondogs.
Gambit Gaming looked impressive during the games against Ninjas in Pajamas. During the first game NiP held Darien down dominantly and kept him from playing strongly. Ninjas in Pajamas however was not able to keep anyone else from playing top notch. Alex Ich would be one of the main factors of the entire first game as he would keep the fights close. Freeze however was playing out of his mind ending 8/2/4 on Miss Fortune, unfortunately his team was unable to end the game before Darien finally got enough gold to help his team end the game.
Game 2 of this series was nearly a throwback game for Gambit Gaming. The team that Gambit Gaming chose was reminiscent of the team that they utilized back in the spring split. While NiP changed to Alex Ich to be the primary target, Darien became the main threat against NiP. While the focus was great from Ninja's it just wasn't enough to keep them out of elimination. Gambit Gaming would win the second game looking like their spring split team and advance to face Lemondogs in the semi finals.
