It has been an exciting week of Asian Dota 2 at G-1 Champions League where the best of the Chinese teams proved to be too much for SEA teams to handle. iG and DK top their respective groups A and B with a flawless finish by the former.
Group B (Game 2) | |
Orange | Flash |
The last match of the week: Coming from a dominating game one performance, Orange were looking to set up an easy victory in the second game with an aggressive initiation lineup of Brewmaster, Templar Assassin and Sand King.
Mushi, playing from Thailand, was able to get a great start On Templar Assassin with an early Blink Dagger and match the pace of Queen of Pain, whose burst damage was giving the Radiant lineup trouble sustaining fights. The game eventually stretched to 60 minutes with both sides taking their fights cautiously.
iG's dominating performance this week against top teams MUFC and LGD leaves them at the top of Group A - LGD follow closely behind with EG matchup against Sequential and Flash netting them only two draws this week. Meanwhile, Orange and DK are neck to neck in Group B with Natural 9 finishing a respectable third.
Stay tuned next week as the first match between N9 and Orange kicks off on Sunday at 09:30 CET. Also, check out what you missed this week.
