Na`Vi beat Moscow5 to win Techlabs Cup

In a thrilling best of three Grand Finals, Na`Vi successful edged out Russian rivals Moscow5 in two games to take home the championship title and $4,000 cash. Held in Kiev, the capital city of Ukraine, the tournament saw 12 teams vying for a total prize pool of $7,000.

With Artstyle absent due to family matters, Na`Vi had to play with a stand-in, Smile, who went under the tag "AA". However, that did not stop Na`Vi from crushing their opposition as they went through the group stages and elimination brackets undefeated.

The same could be said of M5, whose appearance at this event saw, for the first time, the new roster which included PGG and Vigoss. Things were going too well for the Russian side as they cruised through the brackets with ease.

In the finals, the first game was a one-sided affair as Na`Vi took an early lead on the scoreboard and although M5 put up a commendable attempt to stall off the inevitable, the first game ultimately went to the Ukrainians. Game two, however, took on an interesting spin. From a 1-11 deficit early game, Na`Vi played an amazing turtle strategy and ensured that Spectre got the necessary farm before they slowly pulled back the advantage to take the game after a thrilling 30 odd minutes of play.
