WC3L Playday 4 finished - WE dominating all?

The fourth playday of WC3L has been finished with only a few single matches missing. Not that much suprises came up, but still the competition is big and a lot of teams are quite even in points.

Again it's time for a summary of the WC3L playday. This time it's the fourth one and again some nice matches have been played.

Let's at first take a look at the rankings. World Elite is placed first, being the only team without a loss yet. On the other hand WE's European division got the same stats turned around: While the Chinese/Korean part has got stats of 4-0, WE.eu only got 0-4. Kow4 has got exactly the same record, but less points. While WE.eu it ranked nineth, Kow3 is the 12th and last team in the ranking.
Looking at the last seaosn champs from 4K, you can still be disappointed. Only rank eight for now, but still two matches against mouz have to be played. The bad news is, that 4K won't climb up a rank even if they win those.
Rank two to seven are very close together, while the 2nd - SK Gaming - got 13 points and the 3rd - mouz - got 12, the teams ranked fourth to seventh place all got 11 points. Still everything is open and therefore the season is still exciting.

Now lets go on to the results of playday four!
MeetYourMakers beat Team NoA with 3-1 as expected. The match between Susiria and has yet to be played. This draws NoA and MYM in points and the remaining match will make the winner's team being ranked 3rd or 4th, drawn in points with mouz.

mousesports is leading 2-1 against 4 Kings, the matches between SaSe and FuRy aswell as the match TiTaN against Zeus are postponed. Taking under consideration that FuRy and Zeus are seen as the weak part of the Kings, mousesports seems to have quite good chances of atleast winning with 3-2, if not 4-1.
Yet we can only specualte but if it comes to the worst for 4K, once again they will lose and it might become their worst season ever.

A lot of changes and trouble came up to Praetoriani lately, but especially the trouble happened after the loss against fnatic. KnofF left the team and manager Lloth showed a lot of disappointment and anger in his statement about this.
Against fnatic their Swedish player KnofF still played, but he lost just like his teammates. Only one of Prae's new additions, the Bulgarian Sir_J, was able to secure a single point, so the final result was 3-1 in favour of fnatic.
This leaves Prae on the second last spot, while fnatic now stands on rank five.


World Elite's key players ReMinD and SoJu
Is World Elite unstoppable this season? The only team being unbeaten so far, ranked first at the moment. Also their playday four opponent starComa.int had to see what it means to face the players from WE.
A 4-1 victory for the (once again completely Korean) lineup of WE was the result, only Nilknarf was able to secure a point for sCa, beating SoJu.

Again World Elite Europe did quite well against their opponent but did not get the final point. Without a victory they are ranked above teams that have already won atleast one clanwar, because WE.eu scored two points against all their opponents but one.
This time they took two from wNv, but one has to mention that wNv did not use their star players FoV, Check or xiaoT in the solo matches. Nontheless gaining two points against wNv is pretty good, but again not enough for WE.eu.

The last match to talk about was between SK Gaming - doing a good job at the moment - and Kow3 - doing not too good currently.
As expected SK did win, but the matches have been close. 4-0 is the overall soce yet, the 2on2 being postponed. Three of the four played solo matches ended up with a 2-1 score for SK.
This makes SK Gaming - who lost their key players zacard and Sweet before the season and did not use Deadman yet - being ranked second, while Kow3 still remains on the bottom of the ranking.

No big suprises this time, the favourites won and therefore the underdogs lost. Maybe it has been like that since the first playday, but one only did not know who deserved to be the favourite and who not. For sure World Elite is doing very well and 4Kings not, and there are many teams who can make it into the top ranks at the end. Let's see what playday five is going tobring to us!
