Photo by: SgamerEHOME emerged champions once again after successfully defeating Nirvana.cn in the final of WGT and having a head start in the year of 2011.
After going through an online qualifier, only 8 team made it through this far in this tournament which consist of teams such as EHOME, TYJ.LGD, Nirvana.CN, Deity, Dream, CCM, Sunny and Vital. Let's look at the results of the first round of the tournament:

The first round was a warm up match for most of the big teams, but TYJ.LGD struggled to advanced as they eventually lost to Sunny with a score of 2:1. EHOME, Nirvana.CN and Dream ease into the semi finals while LGD, Deity, CCM and Vital were knocked out.

Lightning doesn't strike twice at the same place as that was what Sunny were hoping to achieved after their victory over TYJ.LGD but they were not able to defeat the in-form Nirvana.CN dropping into the 3rd/4th brackets. Joining them was Dream whom lost to the almighty EHOME as charged into the finals with a convincing 2:1 win setting up a match against WDC winner, Nirvana.CN.

Dream managed to come back and finished the tournament at a respectable third place after suffering a loss to EHOME. As for Sunny, they did well enough to finish in 4th finishing ahead of China's powerhouse, TYJ.LGD.

The hot favourites EHOME did not disappoint their fans this time as they clinched the WGT 2010 title in style with a 2:1 win over Nirvana.CN. It was sweet revenge as they lost to them in the group stages during SMM 2010 in Malaysia.
