Bans is the usual stuff, but riki aren't banned. That might be interessting, but as we see the the picks riki is avoid once again. We see maiden picked early together with some usual high tier heores. As last picks SGC are picking two fat strengh heroes, cent and dk, which will give them very much late game, probably to out-carry jugger, but MeT counter the two fat carries with a necro. So far so good.
MeT|Donald-Duck: "I think we are beginning to pick really nice. We are getting used to this version and we are getting better to play it. And I think we have the better picks in this game too. They should hae riki as last imo but I really don't know. Centaur and DK are easily countered by Necrolyte"
The game starts even before the creeps are coming with some action at runespot downlane, but nothing really happens here. And for the next couple of minutes nothing happens. Zues and Necro are getting some creeps, but so are Dragon Knigh and Centaur. At 5 min and 30 secons first blood happens top. Shaker stuns maiden and a bolt from Zues kills maiden, and shotly after Zues solo kills cent but dies at tower and shotly after shaker dies too. Maiden dies again making zues level 6 and allows necro to pwn DK mid
MeT|Donald-Duck: "We got some early farm in which gives us a fast bottle and that gives us a nice advantage and allows us to win the lane. At the same time MiGGel gets nice farm mid and are getting pretty fat allready."
Warlock now goes mid and together with necro they almost kill tower, but it gets denied. Warlock and necro moves on and jugger now shows up and MeT gets 3 kills at the mid tower. Next action happens top as jugger tower dives the heroes here and get two kills. Puck is trying to get shaker in the fight, shaker manages to survive with help from zues and jugger.
MeT|Donald-Duck: "One of the things that are getting really good at atm are saving eachother in situations like this. Beforehans Angel might have died, but now we see that miseRy gets down to him quickly and gets puck killed before it happens."
The jugger is now on the move and gets very optimitic and trying to get a kill inside SGC's base, but centaur gets the kill on jugger and jugger got nothing.
MeT|Donald-Duck: "That was perhaps a bit stupid by miseRy-, but I think that is what makes him such a good player. He sometimes does some crazy stuff and have a wierd playstyle, but most of the time it paids off in the end."
SGC is now making some action and gankes top and Zues is going down very fast and Puck manage to catch necro in his ulti and they almost kill Necro, but some nice jukes from miGGel makes him survive. miGGel stays top and a nice blink-ulti from shaker kills centaur and potm right away. Action continues top as MeT decides to push and necro almost dies, but manage to kill puck.
The action moves down and and same story. Necro stand near tower and gets jumped and almost dies, but a shaker ulti turns the battle around and MeT wins another battle. MeT now goes top for a push now and sending Necro in the front to bait while the rest is taking the tower. SGC now jumps Necro and gets him, but they dies afterwards when shaker, zues, jugger and warlog counter-jumps. The game stalls a bit now and for the next minutes, nothing significant happens.
MeT|Donald-Duck: "Now we really have the advantage because we won the last fights so much. SGC doesnt even dare anything. Take top lane: Maiden is farming a bit but after she pushes the lane forward to where second towers once were, she is going back. They are really afraid to move around on the map."
But then necro gets trap downlane and is killed and SGC now rushs forward trying to kill the rest of MeT and they manage to trap jugger and kill him. That was a nice fight for SGC and they are really trying too keep the pressure, but necro respawns gets out in the fight and gets a triple kill. If necro wasnt fat before he will without doubt be it now.
Shortly after MeT takes down roshan without any problems and necolyte is getting the aegis.
MeT|Donald-Duck: "Normally you would probably give the aegis to jugger, since he is the best carry, but we give the aegis to necro so we can use him as a bait/tank."
After roshan, MeT storms the mid and kills all 5 of SGCs players in a teamfight. Necro dies, but have aegis, so all 5 MeT players are alive to take down the raxes and SGC calls gg shortly after.
A very nice game of MeT, and even though SGC might have been out-pick and a bit out-played they didn't fail at all. MeT was just better, so to sum it sum. A game worth watching. Thanks to Donald-Duck for commenting the game.
