Tomorrow marks the start of the Nvidia Game Festival in China, where ten top Chinese teams will battle it out for almost two months and $21,000 in cash. Teams in attendance include DK, iG and LGD.

The tournament is split into an online and an offline phase, the former of which will be held between 8th of March and 6th of April while the latter will be played during the weekend of 28th and 29th April (interestingly coinciding with the grand finals of Dota 2 event Star Series).
The tournament will adapt a best of three round robin system for the one month online phase while a best of one single elimination bracket will be employed for the grand finals held for only two days.
Nevertheless, NGF 2012 promises to be a grand showdown among the Chinese competitive teams and a event that is probably China's answer to the GEST for South East Asian teams.
