After a successful first run, the second season of the G-1 Champions League E-Sports tournament has returned and this time promising a prize pool of over 65,000 RMB ($10,000). With twelve of China's finest participating at G-1, it will certainly culminate in a showdown of the highest order.

This tournament will feature the debut of new Chinese team Tongfu (here) led by veteran Kabu. As there is spillage over group distribution, there will be a group deciders match played in each group to determine the final four before normal group stage matches can continue.
As such, fans can expect more DotA action lining up the month of October. Two group decider matches will kick off the tournament tonight starting at 13:30 CET. A brief schedule can be found below:

On top of the 60,000 RMB ($10,000) prize money to be given away, the MVP player of the tournament will also walk home with over 3,000 RMB ($500) worth of digital products while each member of the championship team will take home a 24k gold ring designed for G-1.
