HFGL - an anticipated clash awaits us

Fans had a glimpse of the fierce rivalry between European and Asian DotA at the recently concluded Gamescom in Germany. Cashing in on all the hype is a new Chinese tour that announces the participation of two top European and Asian teams - Na'Vi and MYM from Europe and SB and MUFC from Asia. A total of 160,000 RMB ($25,000) is in store for the winners.

The online competition will commence in September and run for an astonishing three months. A good hostbot will prove a challenge but that will not stop the teams who are eager to play each other and more importantly, the fans who will be looking forward to spectate the clash.

To differentiate the two teams under Invictus Gaming, ex-CCM consisting of Zhou and co. will be named iG.Z while the new team bought from LGD will be named iG.Y.

Fans who cannot wait to catch the Chinese teams in action with their new rosters can do so when the competition kicks off 2nd September and it is expected to end on 3rd December.

Will EHOME finally get their revenge on Na'Vi after losing to them in the grand finals of The International? With their loss of Lamn (PLT) to iG.Y, it will be a tough call.
