LOST.eu adds Vigoss

No, you have not opened a troll thread. With the loss of Miracle, LOST.eu have had no problem filling the gaps as they have recruited the world renowned Vigoss to play as a stand-in until their final 5th player is found.Arguably the most famous DotA player of all time, Vigoss won the hearts and minds of his fans through his innovative gank-style gameplay, which was both breathtaking and awe-inspiring. He made appearences for household names such as maGe, Virtus.pro and KS.Int and played with players along the lines of Jolie, LightOfHeaven and Vein. Vigoss slowly started to fade away following the disintergration of Virtus.pro and hasn't been seen since.
Earlier this year there was a great deal of speculation as a "vigoss" appeared in various EEDL games playing trademark heroes such as Queen of Pain and Priestess of the Moon. This was written off by many as a "troll", but with the addition of vigoss to LOST.eu's official roster on a number of websites, fans can safely assume that their beloved V-God is back.

Alex 'Santa' Koltan Ivan 'Vigoss' Shinkarev (stand-in) Statement by Ducky in the following thread:
"This is not a joke - but as the picture clearly states he is a standin. Vigoss has been playing with us recently and been doing extremely well. That's why we didn't hesitate to ask him to fill the gap that mirakel left in our roster. The reason for him not to stand as a regular member is that he isn't sure wether he wants to join the "pro" dota scene again. He still wants to play with us in scrims as well as official games and that's why we added him to the roster as a "stand-in". I beg of you guys to settle down and let vigoss think about what to do - this is his choice, he is more then welcome in the team, but if he chooses not to join the competative scene then its a choice we should respect.
We hope of course vigoss chooses to come back to dota, so we can present him as a regular member of the team, but for now and as long as it will take him to choose he will stay as a standin at our rooster.
We will also be representing a 6th man soon, our goal is to be as active as possible so that we can make the appropriate preparations for the upcoming LANs.

| it`s good to see that people still look upon a player as a role model,no matter how good he was/is/will be:)...at some point,it`ll keep them pretty closed up together ... i actually want to see him playing in either a scrim or any other kind of game...as he plays now:)...but also it`s pretty bad to read from others stuff like "Chinese players BEWARE" ... it`s stupid to be honest..if he came back,he probably did to offer us what he did in the past...moments which "pros" consider them stupid (*cough*misery*cough*) like tower-diving to grab a kill...and sometimes escape too...some would call it the perfect noob way to play..others just THE PERFECT way..but for all it`s just pure entertainment...i hope he stops this stupid farm 4 fame gamestyle all the EU teams and even asian ones have adopted lately...come on man,if you came back,make a difference...we(i especially) don`t expect you to pew-pew everyone...but we do expect from you to show us entertainment...show us that this fucking DoTA game can still be played for fun. #58 of course it doesn't... But seen how much LGD.Sgty has lost lately just because their leader retired? Saw the unknown players that Longdd recruited and CH team is actually top notch now? One player is enough to bring the team to top shape. But the team itself should consist of above average players, of course.  |
When Vigoss is in the team, u just don't see it but the heroes got GOD aura giving them God buff able to extenuate a player's morale 100%  |

| Well , if Vigoss decide to stay in tne team , it will most probably become the most famous european team . With Baby , who never give up and can outplay the best solo players in the world , with Misery one of the best solo carries and semi-carries , with Ducky and Santa , who are for sure in top ten of best support players , and ofcourse VIGOSS , who is considered the best ganger of all times in dota history , i really believe this team can achieve some big goals . On the plus side for Chinese teams, if Vigoss does return to competitive gaming (not certain yet), he'll be an excellent target for those Chinese superstars wanting to go down in history - by beating Vigoss. |

Furthermore, I don't understand why he's joining (temporarily) Lost.eu... he barely speaks english and this was a major problem in his former teams. If he really isn't sure whether he wants to join the competitive scene then he would have joined DTS or PGGs team. There is more than just "playing with us recently" as ducky states. Probably sponsor/money... Nevertheless, I know shit about dota, let the flame begin. |

What they care about is hype that he cameback ( Well at least for now ). Most people here who says " Vigoss will own the chinese. " Does not literaly mean it! They're just glad and would like to express themselves! Come on! Have you thought of that? He is an icon in dota. You can't change that. You can't change these peoples mind either. They want an upset and see top tier teams lose to vigoss. You can't stop them from being excited about this! If your bothered by it. You should probably ask yourself why. |
