And so, another tournament came to it's end. The title champion of ESL Major Series remains with MYM, as they've repeated their success from the fourth season where they beat dmZ in the finals (under the Ravens flag).| EMS season 5 | ||

After national qualifiers, two more qualifying rounds, groupstage and finally a playoff, the rankings are decided.
If the organisation of next season looks anything like the one in the fifth, the teams in the top four will be directly qualified to the groupstage and each placed in a different group.
So far, the addition of Playmate and Lacoste have worked well for MYM as they managed to scoop up the playoff and getting redemption with SWM as they lost to them during the groupstage. MYM are still to lose a single official game since the line-up change.

ESL have already announced the sixth season, although the total prize pot for DotA has been reduced from 1000€ to 750€. No signups are available as of now. But be sure to stay tuned for updates. Visit ESL's page to see a full list of games featured in season VI.

| Out of curiosity , how much are they charging for the lessons? 'Cos I remember SK.Snow was giving out DotA lessons for 10euros/hr when he was active. Haha what a tool. |

| Fuck ESL, really, always reducing prize-pool or taking the game out of pool (ENC). I really wish that ESL remove DotA from EMS, its like an online DreamHack. |
