Posted by Vincent "em0_llama" Nunes 1 year ago
Popular Norwegian LAN, The Gathering, is back for 2010 and will host yet another DotA tournament.

The Gathering, also known as TG, has been around since 1992 and has accomodated professional and amateur gamers alike. TG isn't home to only gamers as it has competitions revolving around music, demo-coding, animation and hardware modification. TG promises to attract all sorts of electronic lovers.

TG will take place from the 31st March until the 4th April.

Unfortunately, all tickets have been sold and it has not yet been announced which professional teams will be attending this LAN. However, the 5000€ cash prize promises to attract a few top names.

Below is a list of the various competitions:

Counter-Strike 1.6
Counter-Strike:Source
Quake Live
DotA
Trackmania Nations

Be sure to make an effort to attend The Gathering if you want to meet both old and new players, make new friends and create amazing memories.

Actually if you can drive over why not go? Especially for the Scandinavians. You might meet NozG too, as a bonus.
