Farm4Fame 2.4 starts next week. With the disbandment of two participating teams, namely PokerIdol and Blight.USA. The organizers have given their slots to two German teams, Bobs-United and Competo Sports.The finals for Farm4Fame 2.3 between Blight.Int and MCiTY is yet to played yet. While waiting for the finals, DotA-League decided not to leave the fans waiting and announced that Farm4Fame 2.4 will be played next week.
In Farm4Fame 2.4, the European powerhouse, FnaticMSI, returns after taking a hiatus from 2.3 while in China. However, since they have left their sponsors, they will be playing under the new team name, EnotHome. The temporary slot given to Bobs-United to replace EnotHome for 2.3 is now permanent as we see PokerIdol and Blight.USA disbanding, leaving two slots empty. The other slot is given to Competo Sports.
The rules for 2.4 is still the same, the only change to the rule-set being that it will be played on the latest map, v6.66. There will be no perma-ban of the new heroes, meaning that we may just be able to see heroes like Murloc, Ancient Apparation and the newly reworked Doom in action.
