After the recent settling of the transfer spree in the Chinese DotA scene, CH was reformed with the addition of 2 new members, kssssss and pisssss. On this aspect, Longdd was interviewed by replays.net.

This interview has been presented to the readers in the English translated version with help from our community member cornucopia.

Recently, the news about the addition of two new players in the CH roster has drawn a lot of attention. What are your views about Burning leaving the team in such a delicate situation?

longdd: I give him my wishes and hope that he has a bright future. Burning said "we are still brothers, are we?" before he left CH. My answer was "yes".

Some rumors said that DGC, PIS and KSSSSS will join CH to complete the squad. As we know, DGC is the symbol of triumph, PIS is one of the best public players in china and how do you think about KS?

longdd: Well, change is inevitable, we only hope we can triumph by improving ourselves by practise and dedication. DGC is a creative player, and good at taking advice. I chose PIS because of his passion and modesty. As to KS, he is a cute boy.

In 7L and KS, you acted as a ganker/carry, but when you joined CH, you spent all your time playing carry. Now that PIS and KS has joined CH, can the fans hope that you will revive your passion for a gank oriented gameplay?

longdd: Yes, I was looking forward to this day. As of now it is anticipated that PIS will replace me as a carry.

What's the unique charecteristic of CH's new members?

longdd: Passion, modesty and harmonious.

We all know that CH has lots of regret in 2009, how do you think about the loss to ROX in ADL?

longdd: We had many regrets in the past year. But I hope we will be back in our full potential and show the opponents our true capabilities.

#13 don't put words in other people's mouth, ESPECIALLY when you can't even read Chinese to confirm the statement is true.

#16 is right, whoever translated screwed that one up. If you read the comments in the following article, there will be plenty of people who can prove LongDD's comment DOES NOT mean that.

What nowadays gets called an "interview" is beyond my understanding.

He said absolutely nothing of interest beyond "we'll be back", "new players are nice and good" and "i'm still cool with burning".

The interview was way longer and more detailed in the chinese site. It gets watered down and plenty of other comments removed when it's translated and even huge parts mistranslated. I don't know why.

#24 "cute" is mistranslated, the real wording in chinese can be translated as "docile" or "well mannered/behaved". One of the many mistranslations.

Nice to read the interview, all should bear in mind that mistranslations are possible usually in such attempts, but better such than nothing.
