CommeDieu finds a new sponsor for SMM, the frantic attempts of the team pays off.
The Chinese top level DotA team CommeDieu had been facing a financial crisis in the near past which jeopardized their presence in the biggest tournament in the history of DotA in Malaysia this weekend. The team had attempted for any last minute help by putting forward their grievance in all the Chinese communities, which worked wonders for them in just two hours in the form of Loveen, a generous Samaritan. Loveen, along with his fathers company Hebei Sheng Construction Machinery Co. Ltd will be sponsoring the SMM trip for cD.
Replays.net caught up with the heartthrob of all Chinese DotA fans Loveen and asked him about his decision. Loveen revealed that he was only a student studying abroad in USA. When asked about the reason for his decision to sponsor cD he stated:
- "I also felt if a Chinese team is absent in such a big tournament like SMM, it is truly a waste."
He revealed that this decision was completely his own and independent decision. He expressed his elation in being able to sponsor the team hoping that this tournament really plays an important role in the improvement of Chinese DotA.
