Iceiceice and Papaxiong left AEON.DotA for good, to be replaced with Winter and d4rkn3s5z
Since the departure of Daryl Koh (Iceiceice) and Wei Xiang Lee (Papaxiong) wasn't officially explained, we can only speculate whether it was because of the loss in ESTC Winter cup or due to some other personal issues. However, the future of the team doesn't look grim at all: Litt-Binn Chan, known to the audience as "Winter", recently left the Malaysian team Cybertime, and was glad to join the AEON's new roster, as he was invited only moments after he officially left the old team.
"Aeon.Sg are one of my dream teams and I am honored to be playing for them." - he stated.
In addition to Winter, Zhi Ping Lim, or "d4rkn3s5z" of the Singaporean team Axis also found himself ready to join AEON, since his own team was having some internal struggles. The new lineup is sure to bring, if not victorious, than a certainly interesting future to the AEON team.

I'm not really happy with Ice and papaxiong going out, and I think that it is pretty hard to find an equal replacement for them, they're great players from the oldschool and played together in the old KingSurf  .But well, I wish good luck for AEON and the new players  . GL HF guys |

| ... I honestly believe hyhy should leave Eryc and get together with the rest of old KS to form a new team. That said, this team is hardly weak. I agree with rsa on the value of iceiceice however. Imho, he is the best player in the world. |

| Papa was Yamateh's friend before they join Ks. When he left Ks, I felt weird. Papa and iceiceice were best partner. Papa left Aeon probably icex3 the one who drag him out together. Since icex3 never been serious joining any team. He kept join and out from any teams. |

| winter is not replaced bcoz there are better players available he is replaced bcoz of personality conflicts... it has been happening for some time now aeon.sg will have a hard time facing the msia teams but i dont understand why ppl thinks hyhy cant handle maelk if im not wrong MYM wont be playing with kuroky so aeon.sg > MYM kingsurf is based on trust and relationship and also ymth's extremely imba and unpredictable skills, every1 in kingsurf enjoys the game as a team cybertime looks more like a power hunger team to me when ks vs ct, ymth's sf will consume mushi's soul and +9999 dmg to his attacks all my supports to kingsurf |

| I think papaxiong might be too ashamed to return to kingsurf. He left kingsurf for iceiceice and now that iceiceice has left AEON.sg, I guess he followed suit. Unless kingsurf invites papaxiong back, I'm sure he would never voluntarily ask to return. Yamateh would never join a team with other singaporeans again. The decision for those players to be in kingsurf in the past must have been made by eryc. I remember reading somewhere that yamateh and the singaporeans had differences in the way they wanted to play the game, and that was why he wanted to leave kingsurf prior to eryc forming AEON. I think it's really sad that the papaxiong+yamateh combination was lost. Screw eryc |
